VCT Floor Waxing Poughkeepsie NY

We take a structured, detail-oriented approach to VCT floor waxing in Poughkeepsie, NY to ensure long-lasting shine, durability, and protection for high-traffic commercial & industrial environments.

Initial VCT Floor Assessment

We evaluate your VCT flooring condition, existing wax layers, foot traffic levels, and surface wear to determine the most effective stripping, waxing, and maintenance approach.

Deep Cleaning and Surface Preparation

Embedded dirt, residue, and buildup are removed using professional-grade equipment and VCT-safe cleaning solutions to properly prepare the floor for stripping or waxing.

VCT Floor Stripping (When Required)

For worn or heavily layered floors, old wax and finish are carefully stripped away to create a clean, uniform surface ready for new protective coatings.

VCT Floor Neutralization and Rinsing

After stripping, the floor is neutralized and thoroughly rinsed to remove chemical residues, ensuring proper bonding and long-term performance of new wax layers.

VCT Floor Waxing and Polishing

Multiple coats of high-quality commercial floor finish are applied to enhance shine, improve slip resistance, and protect the VCT surface from daily wear. Our procedures align with general OSHA workplace floor safety standards to help reduce slip hazards in commercial environments.

Ongoing VCT Floor Maintenance Programs

We offer scheduled buffing, recoating, and maintenance plans designed to keep VCT floors clean, glossy, and protected year-round without disrupting business operations.
